Northern Thailand


CAN Community Architects in Rural Planning in Northern Thailand
“Participatory Land Use Planning” is a tool and processes to understand & visualise their land and resources for future planning and usage in sustainable way. And it helps  - District Administration (TAO) in making decision on any development projects. 



“Communal Land Title” is a process to utilise/manage land and natural resources at the local level, by this way the people’s movement tries to negotiate with Govt. and public interests for policy amendments.
