250 Street Musicians had been arrested -   

By Nov 2003 . 550 street musicians had been arrested including many  youth and children    

Thousands of jobs have been lost. as the Governor's Municipal security confiscates or demolishes carts and stalls across the city.

3,525 vendors had had their carts and wares confiscated
 21,223 stalls side-street stalls have been demolished
