The relocation site is about 20 kilometers from their previous homes in Phnom Penh. 
 .... far from employment and schools in an isolated rice field

Plastic sheets and tents were distributed .... the site still lacks water, electricity and basic systems for normal living

There have been deaths from dehydration and some have returned to the city already ...  many are trying to resume their lives under very difficult circumstances.
