UPDF and a new band of Cambodian "Young Professionals" are nurturing an army of community savers in the provinces of Cambodia to plan and implement community up-grading activities after up-grading more than 100 communities in Phnom Penh.

Left: Flood -free walk-ways make a world of difference to the lives of villagers in Cambodia's rainy season. Such walk-ways are usually the first priority for community up-grades.

Community in Prey Veng Province have constructed the walk-way above and are now in a network with 7 other communities in the province.
This is just the start ......

Their walk-way is now the training ground for the others joining the network .
